Summer- Disease- nearly 1 million people have parkinson's diseases in the US. This is not cure yet. The symptoms are tremor if the hand, arms, legs, jam and the face. Your doctor will refer you to a physician or a specialist. Men are one and a half times more likely to have parkinson's than women.
Shelsy- Alcoholic- You go to a meeting of why you drink and how you feel. 13% of 18 year olds drink. causes liver failure. 4,060 people die for alcoholic drinking.
Samantha- Smoking- kills your body. Cigarette packages are forced to put that they can cause death. African americans have the highest rate of smoking in high school. The lowest percent is hispanics who smoke in high school.
Jonathan- Mental and emotional - Dealing with people isn't easy, there is some people are hard to deal with. Going through depression isn't easy. can bring esteem down. Addictive behavior can be seen as a way to control our daily routines by increasing feeling that make us feel good and by lowering the negative feeling in our life.
Matthew R- Mind and body- Your mind can control everything in your system, Ignoring people is a good way to prevent that. It could cause high cholesterol.

Alcohol is also a common drug. makes people violence and angry. 20% of teenagers die of drink driving. cocaine is another common drug. You can die with one try. You put it threw your noise. It's very addictive.

Laura- Suicide- Suicide are common in texas. Suicide causes bullying. occurs every 17 minutes.

Teen Pregnancy
Each year in the U.S almost one million teenagers become pregnant. More then 40% teenagers get pregnant before reaching 20 years old. About one third of these abort their pregnancies. 14% miscarry, more than 9 in 10 teens who give birth keep their babies, and dew of them send them for adoption. The causes for teen pregnancy are Lack of parental guidance, Adolescent sexual behavior , and exploitation by older men.
One of the causes for teens pregnancies are lack of parental guidance. Some parents don't pay attention to their children. Some teenagers think they can do whatever they want and disrespect their parents. Some parents don't care about their children and they go get pregnant to get their attention.
Another cause for teen pregnancies is adolescent sexual behavior. Some teens are sexually active. They think their in love with their boyfriend/girlfriend and moving things fast sexually. Some teens are peer pressured to do sexual activities.
The last cause of teen pregnancy is Exploitation by older men. It is also called rape. Female teens who date older men are more likely to become pregnant. Older men pressure female teens to having unwanted sex.
